Central location. Very clean environment and the staff speaks english well. Very helpful and it is just next to JB big shopping centre. Makes shopping and dinning very convenient.

The room is spacious. The location is near JB Train Station. The fee is economical compared with hotels nearby. The breakfast is served with changed dishes.

No face towels are provided. Soundproof is nothing so I could hear noises from other rooms. To enter JB Train Station, I had to go across a footbridge without lifts. It was a torture to drag my luggage crossing it.

The hotel is surrounded by a few coffee shops which serve various local foods, so it was indeed very convenient. And of course, it is right next to a mall!

The staff at the reception is welcoming and polite.

The hallway and room are smelly. Air conditioner needs major upgrade. Breakfast is below average.The surrounding area appears somewhat unsafe, with a few intoxicated individuals wandering around. No proper parking. The nearest available parking area is dark, narrow and creepy.

JB sentral is walking distance and right close to the bridge to Singapore

Breakfast buffet and cleaning. The carpets’ smell is bad in the hallways.

Hotel room needs to maintain as shower there is a leak on the tube while shower. Needs to maintain on guests to lower down on volume talking middle of the night. Around 3am plus to 5am plus there is guests walking at corridor talking loudly and makes me awake.

Aircon is cool, mini refrigerator is cool also which is nice. Staff are approachable also.

Have small cockroaches on the room floor, already told the staff before make up room. But still have cockroaches under the bed. Also coming from sides and corner of the room. Not sure why so many. It didn’t make me sleep at all, curtains also have stain not sure if blood stain or what but it is dark red stain. I think it was from long time ago. Im afraid im not coming back here again.

Went out for brunch and came back with our room has been cleaned and tidied. Fast cleaning

That the room was at the end of the hallway. Window was large but not have a very good scenery.

Good location, suitable for travelers using KTM or from Singapore and due to its close proximity to JB Sentral. Affordable price.

Surrounding area is quite run-down, with many homeless people and sex workers lining the streets. Cleanliness was sub-par, peeling paint, slight mold on walls, small stains on bedsheets. The bathroom is very exposed the the rest of the room, just separated by a pane of frosted glass, and a non-locking door. Sounds and smells from bathroom is very noticeable in the bedroom.

Not many food available during breakfast but still very nice to have the meal in the morning.

Very convenient location. 5 minutes walk from City Square Mall. Easy to book Grab from the lobby as well.

I remember exiting the hotel to go to a nearby shop on my own. And someone who was sitting right in front of the entrance door outside the hotel was whistling at me. Nevertheless I managed to ignore and minded my own business. But I still felt a bit uncomfortable. Perhaps the hotel staff can find ways to keep that area near the door clear?

location is perfect, close to JB Central and just beside mall and easy to find something to eat cuz got mamak beside the hotel.

the area kinda unpleasant for us, music too loud at night and there's a lot of people hang out beside the the shop lot and hotel. also no parking provided.

Room had no windows. It was noisy, you would hear people walking along the corridor and even the flow of the water from the drainage from the other rooms (not sure if it was above us or beside us).
